泪液分泌试验与泪膜破裂时间在老年干眼症中的诊断价值比较 被引量：21

摘要 目的了解泪液分泌试验与泪膜破裂时间(BUT)测定在老年干眼症诊断中的诊断价值情况。方法对338例就诊于眼科门诊有干眼症状并排除其他眼病的老年患者进行干眼症问卷调查及临床干眼症诊断性检查,包括角膜荧光素染色检查、泪液分泌试验和BUT测定。结果338例老年干眼症状患者中,经检查后确诊为老年患者干眼症292例。BUT测定结果阳性者274例;泪液分泌试验结果阳性者170例;角膜荧光素染色结果阳性者82例。结论BUT测定对诊断老年干眼症较泪液分泌试验的差异性较小,稳定性更好,BUT测定诊断价值更高。
