摘要
为研究了不同泌乳期和地区母乳中表皮生长因子(EGF)和唾液酸(sialic acid,SA)的含量,本研究选取北京、苏州两座城市各7名健康哺乳期志愿者,每名志愿者收集其对应的1、2、6月的母乳。母乳中EGF的检测采用酶联免疫吸附法、母乳中SA的检测采用高效液相色谱法。结果表明,与1月的母乳相比,苏州地区6月母乳中的EGF显著低于1月(P<0.05),北京、苏州地区之间的EGF含量比较并无统计学差异(P>0.05);北京、苏州地区2、6月母乳中的游离和低聚糖结合的唾液酸、与蛋白质结合的唾液酸、总唾液酸含量都显著低于1月(P<0.05),地区之间的比较并无统计差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,母乳中EGF和唾液酸的含量均随着泌乳期的延长逐渐降低,地区之间的比较并无统计差异。
To study the content of EGF and sialic acid(SA)in breast milk at different lactation periods and regions,and provide theoretical basis for the improvement of breast milk feeding or infant formula.This study selected seven healthy breastfeeding volunteers from each of the two cities of Beijing and Suzhou were selected.Each volunteer was asked to collect her breast milk at 1,2,6 months after birth.EGF in breast milk was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and SA was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.The re⁃sults showed that compared with breast milk at1 month,EGF in breast milk in Suzhou was significantly lower than that in January(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in EGF between Beijing and Suzhou(P>0.05);Free and oligosaccharide-bound sialic acid,pro⁃tein-bound sialic acid,and total sialic acid content in breast milk at 2 and 6 months in Beijing and Suzhou were significantly lower than those at 1 month(P<0.05),there were no statistical differences between the two regions(P>0.05).It can be seen that the levels of EGF and sialic acid in breast milk gradually decreased with the prolongation of lactation,and there is no statistical difference between the regions.
