摘要
以山西省晋城市城镇集中供热隧道下穿省道S332 K118+735处路基工程为背景,研究浅埋供热隧道下穿公路时地表沉降问题,依据相关规范及类似下穿工程,指出路面沉降控制标准为20 mm,并运用Midas GTS[1]有限元程序建立三维地层结构模型[2],分析了下穿处路面沉降、围岩变形位移规律,结合施工实测路面沉降最大值验证了数值模拟的合理性,并提出隧道下穿公路时的变形控制措施,为日后类似工程的设计、施工及后期管养提供参考依据。
Based on the subgrade project of the urban central heating tunnel which runs under the provincial road section of S332 K118 +735 in Jincheng, Shanxi Province, the settlement caused by the shallow heating underpass tunnel were studied. According to relevant specifications and similar underpass engineering, the control standard of pavement settlement is 20 mm. Midas GTS, a finite element program, was used to establish the3 D model of the stratum structure, so as to analyze the settlement at the underpass and the deformation and displacement law of surrounding rock. The measured max settlement value of the construction verified the rationality of the numeric simulation. The deformation control measures for underpass tunnel were put forward.This paper can provide reference for the design, construction, management and maintenance of similar engineering.
