基于耦合关系的石化行业清洁生产技术评价方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 石化行业中水耗、能耗和污染物排放量之间存在显著的耦合关系,单独考核节水、节能、减污无法准确筛选出最优清洁生产技术。基于水耗、能耗、污染物排放量之间的耦合关系,构建了石化行业清洁生产技术评价方法,共识别出40条存在耦合关系的物质/能量流,筛选出37项适用于石化行业的清洁生产技术,通过环境效益和经济效益进行综合评价。以某综合实力较强的石化企业为案例研究发现,企业实施清洁生产技术节约1 t水的同时能够间接节能0.1799 kg(以标准油当量计),减少废水排放0.0397 t;节约1 kg燃料(以标准油当量计)的同时能够间接节水0.1810 t,减少废气排放0.0156 t。为方便石化企业在不同投资成本情况下筛选清洁生产技术,结合实际将投资成本划分为7个区间:0~500万、>500万~1000万、>1000万~2000万、>2000万~3000万、>3000万~4000万、>4000万~5000万、>5000万元,并分别筛选出了最优清洁生产技术,但在实际应用中还需要结合具体的实际问题进行综合考虑。 There exists significant coupling relationship among water consumption,energy consumption and pollutant production in the petrochemical industry.The cleaner production optimal technology can not be accurately screened by considering water saving,energy saving and pollution reduction individually.Based on the coupling relationship among water consumption,energy consumption and pollutant production,an evaluation method for cleaner production technology in petrochemical industry was constructed.The method identified 40 coupling material/energy flows,and 37 cleaner production technologies suitable for the petrochemical industry.The technologies were evaluated through environmental and economic benefits calculation.Taking a petrochemical enterprise with great comprehensive strength as a case,the coupling relationship showed that 1 t of water saving would indirectly save 0.1799 kg standard equivalent oil,and reduce 0.0397 t waste water;1 kg of standard equivalent oil saving would indirectly save 0.1810 t water,and reduce 0.0156 t waste gas.In order to select optimal cleaner production technology for petrochemical industry with different invest cost,7 invest cost ranges were divided with reality connected:0-5000000,>5000000-10000000,>10000000-20000000,>20000000-30000000,>30000000-40000000,>40000000-50000000 and>50000000 yuan.The optimal technology for each invest cost range was selected.For application,it should be corrected according to specific problems.
