摘要
液压站是机、电、液一体的制动系统,是提升机制动系统的关键设备,是提升机最后一道安全屏障。陕西矿业公司矿山现用JTP1.2×1.0矿用提升绞车均采用TDY805恒力矩(二级制动)液压站制动系统,该制动系统在突然停电或紧急制动时,制动不够平稳,给机电设备造成较大的冲击(包括钢丝绳)。在原液压制动系统基础上对其进行升级改造,加入液压同步装置,提高了在非正常工况下制动的平稳性,有效预防了坠井事故的发生,同时节约了重购设备的成本。
The hydraulic station is the brake system of the machine,electricity and fluid,the key equipment of the hoist brake system,and the last safety barrier of the hoist.JTP1.2×1.0 mine hoisting winch is now used in our company's mine.The hydraulic braking system used in the winch is TDY805 constant torque(secondary braking)hydraulic station(defect of secondary braking system).On the basis of the original hydraulic braking system,the system is upgraded and reformed.The hydraulic synchronous device is added to improve the braking stability due to sudden power failure or emergency braking,reduce the impact(including steel wire rope)caused by emergency braking on mechanical and electrical equipment,effectively prevent the accident of the lifted object falling into the well;at the same time,the cost of re-purchasing the equipment is saved.
