摘要
研究生教育是国家战略的重要支撑,是创新人才培养的重要根基。我校从2012年起围绕安全生产与应急管理开展研究生教育。以提升研究生教育内涵和人才培养质量为目标,以不断改革培养模式为重要抓手,强化思想政治教育和大国应急思维素质教育,注重学生专业实践培养,深化过程监管与培养。九年来,推进协同创新,突出安全与应急特色,应用型人才培养质量不断提升。
Postgraduate education is an important support for national strategies and an important foundation for cultivation of innovative talents.Our school has been awarded postgraduate education around safety production and emergency management from 2012.To improve the connotation of postgraduate education and the quality of talent training,continuously reforming the training model as an important starting,we strengthen ideological and political education and the quality of major-country emergency thinking,focus on students'professional practice training,and deepen process supervision and culture.In the past nine years,we have promoted collaborative innovation,highlighted safety and emergency characteristics,and continuously improved the quality of application talents.
