铸元素粉在铸造生产中的应用试验

摘要 从铸元素粉的型号、技术指标、型砂性能对比、铸件外观质量对比、铸件废品率对比、经济效益对比等方面介绍了铸元素粉对使用大量溃散覆膜砂生产的铸件质量的影响,生产结果显示:使用铸元素粉替代煤粉和膨润土,在改善型砂性能、提高铸件质量、降低生产成本、减少铸件废品率、净化工作环境等方面都有显著效果。特别是在使用大量覆膜砂、不添加新砂的情况下,使用铸元素粉替代煤粉和膨润土可有效改善型砂性能。 The influence of casting element powder additive on the casting quality produced with a large amount of collapsible coated sand was introduced from the aspects of the model number of casting element powder,its technical specifications,molding sand properties comparison,casting visual quality comparison,casting scrap rate comparison and economic benefit comparison.The production result showed:the use of casting element powder additive instead of coal dust and bentonite had remarkable effects on improving the properties of molding sand,improving casting quality,reducing production cost,reducing scrap rate of castings and purifying working environment.Especially when a large amount of coated sand was used without adding new sand,the properties of molding sand could be improved effectively by using casting element powder instead of coal dust and bentonite.
