摘要
以黄秋葵籽提油率为响应值,采用响应面法优化黄秋葵籽油超临界CO_(2)萃取工艺;以崩解时限为评价指标,采用正交实验对黄秋葵籽油软胶囊制备工艺进行优化。结果表明:超临界CO_(2)萃取黄秋葵籽油的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度60℃、萃取时间60 min,在此条件下提油率为17.23%;黄秋葵籽油软胶囊最佳制备工艺条件为水与明胶质量比1∶1、明胶与甘油质量比3∶1、溶胶温度80℃、溶胶时间10 h,在此条件下黄秋葵籽油软胶囊的崩解时限为30.3 min,符合《中国药典》中软胶囊崩解时限不大于1 h的要求。
Taking the oil extraction rate of okra seed as the response value, the response surface methodology was used to optimize the supercritical CO_(2) extraction process of okra seed oil.Taking the disintegration time as the evaluation index, the preparation of okra seed oil soft capsule was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Th results showed that the optimal supercritical CO_(2) extraction conditions of okra seed oil were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 60 min, and under these conditions, the oil extraction rate was 17.23%. The optimal preparation process of okra seed oil soft capsule were obtained as follows: mass ratio of water to gelatin 1∶1, mass ratio of gelatin to glycerin 3∶1, sol temperature 80℃, sol time 10 h, and under these conditions, the disintegration time of the okra seed oil soft capsule was 30.3 min, which met the requirement of disintegration time not longer than 1 h of soft capsule in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
