摘要
由于我国航天军工企业对于外购的航天军工产品质量要求非常严格,因此,航天军工企业的产品质量管控显得非常重要。有关研究表明,企业内部实施质量管理体系已经成为当前经济制造行业的发展趋势,但是随着我国航天军工企业在产品质量方面多次出现问题,并且航天军工企业的部分产品、零部件主要通过外协与外购的方式来获得,所以对于航天军工企业内部的质量管理制度进行优化和改革已经刻不容缓。因此,本文通过对航天军工企业在供应链管理理论的影响下对企业外购的产品进行质量管理所带来的效果和影响进行分析和研究,并针对航天军工企业对于外购产品所出现质量问题以及企业内部现存的质量管理模式存在的不足给出合理的整改优化建议。
Due to the strict quality requirements for the purchased Aerospace Military Products,the quality control of aerospace militar y enter pr ises is ver y impor tant.Relevant research shows that the inter nal implementation of quality management system has become the development trend of the current economic manufacturing industr y.However,with the problems in product qualit y of China's aerospace militar y enterprises,and some products and parts of aerospace militar y enterprises are mainly obtained through outsourcing and outsourcing,so the internal quality management system of Aerospace Military enterprises is improved It is urgent to optimize and reform.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the effect and inf luence of the quality management of Aerospace Militar y Enterprises'purchased products under the inf luence of supply chain management theory,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for rectif ication and Optimization in view of the quality problems of Aerospace Military Enterprises for purchased products and the def iciencies of the existing internal quality management mode.
