摘要
目的探讨眼络区域性改变与经脉压痛点的相关性,为临床提供快捷、实用的诊疗方法。方法将肝胆区眼络异常者与眼络正常者各150例作为研究对象,以肝胆经体表循行路线为诊察部位,自上而下,由浅入深,先左后右,循序渐进查找经脉循行路线上的压痛点。比较两组压痛点的分布、数量、NRS评分,并分析眼络变化与压痛点的相关性。结果 (1)阳陵泉、曲泉、风池、完骨等27个压痛点与肝胆区眼络形态改变密切相关,且观察组压痛点数量、NRS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)粗眼象组压痛点数量、NRS评分明显高于细眼象组(P<0.01);(3)眼络粗细与压痛点数量、NRS评分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论肝胆区眼络改变与肝胆经循行路线上的压痛点有一定的相关性,压痛点可作为诊疗肝胆证型相关疾病的重要指标。
Objective To explore the correlation between regional changes of eyelids and meridian tenderness points, and to provide a quick and practical diagnosis and treatment method for the clinic.Methods Patients with abnormal eyelids in liver and gallbladder areas and 150 cases of normal eyelids healthy person were taken as the research object. Focusing on the routes of liver and gallbladder meridians on the body surface as main examination part to explore the tender points along the meridian routes step by step by pressing from top to bottom, shallow to deep and left to right. The distribution, number and NRS scores of tender points were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the shape of the eyelids and the tender points was analyzed. Results(1)The 27 tenderness points such as Yanglingquan, Ququan, Fengchi, Wangu were closely related to the regional changes of eyelids in liver and gallbladder areas, and the number of tender points and NRS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).(2)The number of tender points and NRS scores in the large group of eyelids were significantly higher than those in the small group of eyelids(P<0.01).(3) There was a positive correlation between the thickness degree and the number of tenderness points and NRS score. Conclusion The changes of the eyelid in the hepatobiliary region have a certain correlation with the tender points on the liver and gallbladder meridian route. The tender points can be used as important indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of the hepatobiliary-related diseases.
