摘要
目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)合并原发性醛固酮增多症(PA)患者血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)的水平及其影响因素。方法:选取2013年4-12月行整夜多导睡眠呼吸监测且经过PA筛查及诊断流程的中年男性患者133例,将患者分为OSA合并PA组、单纯OSA组和原发性高血压(EH)三组。比较三组患者IL-1β水平,并进行影响因素分析。结果:133例患者中,OSA合并PA 13例,单纯OSA 93例,EH 27例。OSA合并PA组IL-1β水平高于EH组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OSA合并PA组与OSA组以及OSA组与EH组IL-1β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,IL-1β水平与最低血氧饱和度(LSaO_(2))呈负相关(r=-0.201,P<0.05);与血浆醛固酮浓度(PAC)呈正相关(r=0.202,P<0.05)。结论:OSA及PA病情和血清IL-1β水平存在一定相关性,对血清IL-1β的检测有利于了解OSA及PA的发生和发展机制。
Objective:To investigate the level of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)complicated with primary aldosteronism(PA)and its influencing factors.Methods:During April to December 2013,133 middle-aged male patients who underwent overnight polysomnography(PSG)and underwent PA screening and diagnostic procedures were enrolled,and divided into OSA combined PA group,OSA group and essential hypertension(EH)group.The IL-1βlevel of the three groups was compared and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Among the 133 patients,13 cases had OSA combined with PA,93 cases had OSA alone,and 27 cases had EH.OSA combined PA group had a higher IL-1βlevel than the EH group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-1βlevel between OSA combined PA group and OSA group and between OSA group and EH group was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that,there was a negative correlation between IL-1βlevel and LSaO2(r=-0.201,P<0.05).IL-1βlevel had a positive correlation with plasma aldosterone concentration(PAC)(r=0.202,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum IL-1βlevel was higher in OSA combined PA group than EH group,and correlated with LSAO_(2)and PAC.The detection of serum IL-1βis helpful to understand the pathogenesis of OSA and PA.
