摘要
为了明确防砂筛管井下工作时的冲蚀磨损规律,采用自制喷射冲蚀试验装置开展了金属网布筛网堵塞和未堵塞两种工况下的冲蚀磨损规律试验研究。利用失质量法分析了固相质量分数(0.3%、0.5%和0.8%)、过流流速(1.5、4.0和6.0 m/s)、颗粒粒径(20、54和74μm)等因素对金属网布筛网冲蚀速率的影响。研究结果表明:未堵塞工况下,筛网质量损失随固相质量分数、过流流速和颗粒粒径的增大而增大,且单、双层筛网变化规律一致;在不完全堵塞工况下,筛网质量损失随着流量呈指数增长;在完全堵塞工况下,保持筛网出入口压差恒定,筛网平衡流量随压差的增大而减小,质量损失随压差的增大而增大;此外,筛网电镜结果表明未堵塞工况下筛网受到冲蚀磨损远小于堵塞工况,这是因为在堵塞工况下,筛网纬丝之间的间隙被粒子堵塞造成筛网局部过流速度急剧升高,加速了筛网的局部冲蚀磨损。研究结果可以为油田完井过程中防砂措施的制订提供参考。
In order to clarify the erosion law of sand control screen in downhole service,the independently developed jet erosion test device was used to carry out the experimental study on the erosion law of wire mesh screen under the conditions with and without blockage.The mass loss method was used to analyze the effect of the factors like solid mass fraction(0.3%,0.5%,0.8%),open flow velocity(1.5,4.0,6.0 m/s)and particle size(20,54,74μm)on the erosion rate of wire mesh screen.The study results show that under the condition without blockage,the mass loss of the screen increases with the increase of solid mass fraction,open flow velocity and particle size,and the variation laws of single-layer and double-layer screens are consistent;under the condition of incomplete blockage,the mass loss of the screen increases exponentially with the flow rate;under the condition of complete blockage,when the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the screen is constant,the balance flow of the screen decreases with the increase of pressure difference,and the mass loss increases with the increase of pressure difference;in addition,the SEM results of the screen show that the erosion wear of the screen suffered under the condition without blockage is much less than that with blockage,which is because under the condition of blockage,the clearance between the screen weft wires is blocked by particles,causing the local open flow velocity of the screen to increase sharply and thus accelerating the local erosion wear of the screen.The study results provide references for the formulation of sand control measures in oilfield completion process.
