摘要
【目的】为规模化生产上紫苏褐斑病的防治提供参考。【方法】以感染褐斑病的紫苏叶片为试验材料,采用形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法鉴定紫苏褐斑病病原菌,在此基础上采用抑菌圈法对抑菌剂进行室内毒力测定。【结果】紫苏褐斑病病原菌为链格孢属真菌(Alternaria Nees)。72%甲霜锰锌、70%代森锰锌和69%烯酰锰锌的500~800倍稀释液均可抑制链格孢属真菌的生长,3种抑菌剂的抑菌率均与药品浓度呈正相关关系,72%甲霜锰锌500倍液的抑菌效果最强,抑菌率为73.4%;72%甲霜锰锌EC_(50)为0.76μg/mL;70%的代森锰锌EC_(50)为0.19μg/mL;69%烯酰锰锌EC_(50)为0.16μg/mL。【结论】紫苏褐斑病病原菌为链格孢属真菌,3种抑菌剂对紫苏褐斑病均有防治效果,69%烯酰锰锌对菌丝生长的整体抑制效果最好。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to provide a reference for prevention and control of brown spot in scale production of Perilla frutescens.【Method】The pathogen isolated from Perilla frutescens leaves infected with brown spot was identified by morphology and molecular biology method and then the indoor toxicity of three fungicides against the identified pathogen was measured by an inhibition zone method.【Result】The isolated pathogen was identified as Alternaria.72%Metalaxyl-mancozeb×500-800 times,70%Mancozeb×500-800 times and 69%Dimethomorph-Mancozeb×500-800 times all could inhibit mycelial growth of Alternaria.There was a positive correlation between antibacterial rate and application concentration in three fungicides.The antibacterial rate of 72%Metalaxyl-mancozeb×500 times was up to 73.4%(the highest).EC_(50)of 72%Metalaxyl-mancozeb,70%Mancozeb and 69%Dimethomorph-Mancozeb was 0.76,0.19 and 0.16μg/mL respectively.【Conclusion】The pathogen infecting Perilla frutescens brown spot is identified as Alternaria and three tested fungicides all have the prevention and control effect on Perilla frutescens brown spot.69%Dimethomorph-Mancozeb has the overall antibacterial effect on mycelial growth of Alternaria.
