摘要
本文对舰船舱外密封电子设备呼吸效应导致凝露、积水产生的原因及其对雷达电子设备的危害及影响、常规防水透气阀的缺陷进行了分析,介绍了一种新的防潮湿调压装置,具有湿气难进易出单向过滤开关功能,可有效防止在极端的潮湿和寒冷的夜晚,ePTFE膜因为液体的覆着或者表面的结霜(冰)而失去透气功能,导致设备受损伤或密封失效引起呼吸效应产生凝露、积水,进而对设备造成腐蚀的问题。对防潮湿调压装置结构及工作原理、试验验证情况进行了介绍,为具有同样问题的露天密封设备防止呼吸凝露作用提供了一种新的技术参考。
The causes of condensation and ponding caused by breathing effect of ship-borne extravehicular sealed electronic equipment, its harm and influence on radar electronic equipment, and the defects of conventional waterproof-ventilating valve are analyzed. A new moisture-proofing pressure-regulating device is introduced, the device has the function of one-way filter switch with difficult entry and easy exit for moisture, which can effectively prevent the loss of air permeability of ePTFE membrane due to the coating of liquid or frosting (ice) on the surface in extreme humid and cold night, resulting in equipment damage or sealing failure which lead to the respiratory effect, resulting in condensation and ponding, and then causes corrosion to the equipment. The structure, working principle and test verification of the moisture-proofing pressure-regulating device are introduced, which provides a new technical reference for the open-air sealed equipment with the same problem to prevent the respiratory condensation.
