摘要
目的探讨激光光凝术对于眼底病的护理干预分析。方法方便选取2019年4月—2020年4月在该院眼科治疗的102例行激光光凝术治疗的眼底病患者,随机分为两组,每组51例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用围术期综合护理干预,对比两组的并发症发生率、自我护理能力、护理满意率。结果观察组眼压升高、视网膜血管出血、虹膜炎等并发症发生率为5.88%明显低于对照组23.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.331,P<0.05);观察组在自我概念、自我护理技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平以及自我护理能力总分上分别为(38.76±4.58)分、(38.06±3.19)分、(39.62±5.08)分、(40.13±2.21)分、(156.57±4.86)分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.650、12.490、11.620、14.850、36.780,P<0.05);观察组在服务态度、护理技能、护理主动性等护理满意率上分别为98.04%、98.04%、100.00%,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.444、8.254、12.330,P<0.05)。结论激光光凝术治疗眼底病采取围术期综合护理干预的效果显著,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的自护能力,提升护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention analysis of laser photocoagulation for fundus diseases.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,102 patients with fundus diseases treated with laser photocoagulation in the hospital's ophthalmology department were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group used perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the complication rate,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications such as increased intraocular pressure,retinal vascular hemorrhage,and iritis in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than 23.53%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.331,P<0.05);The total scores of the group in terms of self-concept,self-care skills,self-responsibility,health knowledge level and self-care ability were(38.76±4.58)points,(38.06±3.19)points,(39.62±5.08)points,and(40.13±2.21)points and(156.57±4.86)points,significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.650,12.490,11.620,14.850,36.780,P<0.05);the observation group was in service attitude,nursing skills,nursing satisfaction rates such as nursing initiative were 98.04%,98.04%,and 100.00%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.444,8.254,12.330,P<0.05).Conclusion Laser photocoagulation treatment of ocular fundus disease by perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient's self-care ability,and increase the nursing satisfaction rate,which has positive clinical significance.
