摘要
为填补无机材料填充丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)研究匮乏的缺陷,对无机材料按照维度分类,研究了不同粒径的零维粉状(包括碳酸钙、硫酸钡)、一维纤维/针状(包括玻纤、硅灰石)、二维片层状(包括滑石粉、云母)无机材料,在不同比例下与ABS填充共混,对ABS的力学性能、耐热性能、燃烧性能、尺寸性能等各类性能的影响。结果表明,不同维度无机材料对ABS性能的影响具有明显差异,并呈现出一定的规律性;无机材料填充会使得ABS的冲击性能和水平燃烧性能下降,但会对ABS的拉伸强度、弯曲弹性模量、耐热性能和尺寸稳定性呈现不同程度的改善;值得注意的是,根据其维度和粒径的不同,无机材料对ABS的性能影响也不尽相同,实际改性过程中需斟酌选取。
In order to fill the shortcomings of inorganic materials filled with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastics(ABS),inorganic fillers were divided according to the dimensions into zero dimension powder(including calcium carbonate,barium sulfate),one-dimensional fibe/needle(including glass fiber,wollastonite),two-dimensional lamellar(including talc,mica)inorganic materials,and then inorganic fillers of all dimensions and different sizes were blended with ABS in several proportions.The influence on the performance of ABS including the mechanical properties,heat resistance,combustion performance and dimensional stability was investigated.The results show that the effects of inorganic fillers with different dimensions on the properties of ABS are obviously different,showing the certain regularity.Generally speaking,the impact properties and HB combustion properties of ABS filled with inorganic materials decrease,but the tensile strength,bending strength,heat resistance and dimensional stability of ABS filled with inorganic materials are improved in varying degrees.It is worth noting that,according to the different dimension and particle size,the influence of inorganic materials on the properties of ABS is not the same,so it needs to be carefully selected in the actual modification process.
