摘要
                
                    将银系、锌系及有机高分子类抗菌剂分别与聚丙烯(PP)通过双螺杆挤出机制备抗菌材料,研究了不同类型抗菌剂对PP性能的影响,并对抗菌材料的抗菌活性、高温抗黄变效果及时效性等做了评估。结果表明,银系、锌系及有机高分子类抗菌剂对材料力学性能影响很小,在抗菌效率上,有机抗菌剂优于银系抗菌剂和锌系抗菌剂,但是高温抗黄变性上有机抗菌剂明显差于银系和锌系抗菌剂,综合来看,银系抗菌剂JDGKP-003抗菌活性及抗黄变性整体表现最佳。随着抗菌剂含量增加,PP材料的抗菌活性逐渐提高并趋于平稳;PP抗菌材料具有时效性,且与环境有关,放置时间越久材料抗菌效果越差。
                
                The silver,zinc and organic polymer antibacterial agents were blended with polypropylene(PP)respectively by twin-screw extruder to prepare antibacterial PP materials.The effects of different types of antimicrobial agents on the properties of PP were studied,and the effect of antimicrobial activity,anti-yellowing at high temperature and timeliness of the antimicrobial materials were evaluated.The results show that the addition of silver,zinc and organic polymer antibacterial agents has little effect on the mechanical properties of the material.In terms of antibacterial efficiency,the effect of organic antibacterial agents is better than that of silver antibacterial agents and zinc antibacterial agents,but high temperature resistance organic antibacterial agents are obviously inferior to silver-based and zinc-based antibacterial agents in terms of yellowing properties.In general,silver JDGKP 003 antibacterial agent showes the best antibacterial activity and anti-xanthosis.With the increase of antimicrobial agent content,the antimicrobial activity of PP material gradually increases and tends to be stable.PP antimicrobial materials have timeliness and are related to the environment.The longer the material is placed,the worse the antimicrobial effect will be.
