摘要
目的调查云浮市云城区马坪社区居民药学服务需求情况,为有效开展药学服务和提升药学服务质量提供依据。方法通过在问卷星自行设计调查问卷,于2020年9—10月,采用随机抽样的方法,抽取在云浮市云城区马坪社区内居民1000名作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,共发放1000份调查问卷,回收有效问卷1000份。问卷回收率100%。结果45.3%的居民对药师这个岗位没有了解;18.9%的居民没有听说过药学服务,65.1%的居民听说过药学服务但是不了解,只有16.0%对药学服务是了解的;在服用药品出现不良反应时,咨询药师的只有5.7%,而咨询医院医生的高达69.8%,自行停药的占24.5%;用药知识的了解主要来源是医生的占53.8%,来源于药师的只有12.2%,来源于说明书、网上查询等占34.0%。结论云浮市云城区马坪社区药师的药学服务价值没有得到充分发挥,该社区居民对药学服务的认知度较低,对药学服务的需求较高。
Objective To investigate the demand for pharmaceutical services of residents in Maping community,Yuncheng District,Yunfu City,and provide a basis for the effective development of pharmaceutical services and the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical services.Methods Through the self-designed questionnaire in Questionnaire Star,from September to October 2020,using random sampling methods,1000 residents living in Maping Community,Yuncheng District,Yunfu City were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaire was conducted.In the survey,1000 questionnaires were distributed and 1000 valid questionnaires were returned.The questionnaire response rate was 100%.Results 45.3%of residents did not understand the position of pharmacist;18.9%of residents had not heard of pharmacy services,65.1%of residents had heard of pharmacy services but did not understand,only 16.0%knew about pharmacy services;appeared adverse reactions when taking drugs,only 5.7%consulted a pharmacist,while 69.8%consulted a hospital doctor,and 24.5%discontinued the drug by themselves;53.8%of the knowledge about medication was mainly from a doctor,and only 12.2%came from a pharmacist manual,online inquiry,etc.accounted for 34.0%.Conclusion The value of pharmaceutical services of pharmacists in Maping Community,Yuncheng District,Yunfu City has not been fully utilized.Residents of this community have low awareness of pharmaceutical services and higher demand for pharmaceutical services.
