摘要
"华龙一号"核电机组稳压器(PRZ)接管异种金属焊缝制造阶段射线检测采用的透照工艺,是遵照法国RCC M《压水堆核岛机械部件设计和建造规范第6册MC篇检验方法》。该文通过理论计算及实验数据得出稳压器(PRZ)上、下封头接管异种金属环焊缝役前和在役检查阶段进行双壁单影法透照时,射线源与异种金属环焊缝中心平面倾斜角度和透照次数。
The radiographic inspection process of dissimilar metal weld of pressurizer(PRZ)nozzle of"Hualong No.1"nuclear power unit are in accordance with the French RCC M Code for the Design and"Construction"of Mechanical Components in PWR Nuclear Islands Volume 6 MC Inspection Methods.In this paper,through theoretical calculation and experiment,it is obtained that the inclination angle of the central plane between the ray source and the dissimilar metal girth weld and the number of transillumination when the dissimilar metal girth weld of the upper and lower heads of PRZ pressurizer is transilluminated by the double wall single shadow method before and during the in-service inspection.
