芒果削皮榨汁一体机结构设计与分析

Structural Design and Analysis of Mango Peeling and Juicing Machines

摘要 热带水果芒果人工加工效率低下,劳动强度较高。为提高芒果去皮以及榨汁加工的机械化程度,设计一款芒果削皮榨汁一体机,主要包括削皮机构和榨汁机构,细节设计包括果皮果肉分离设计和运输设计。设计单刀式卧式削皮机构,将丝杆的旋转运动转化为刀具的直线移动对芒果进行均匀削皮。设计挤压式的榨汁机构,构建挤压力模型,芒果在向凸轮施加的正向压力及挤压凹轮产生的反作用力下被挤压出芒果汁。结果表明,该机器不仅提高了芒果削皮、榨汁的效率,还降低了人工的劳动强度。 The tropical fruit mango has low manual processing efficiency and high labor intensity.In order to improve the mechanization of mango peeling and juice processing,a mango peeling and juicing machine is designed,which mainly includes a peeling mechanism and a juice extraction mechanism.The detailed design includes peeling and pulping separation design and transportation design.A single-blade horizontal peeling mechanism is designed to convert the rotary motion of the screw into linear movement of the cutter to peel the mango evenly.A squeezing juice extraction mechanism is designed,and a squeezing force model is constructed.Mango juice is squeezed out of mango under the positive pressure applied to the cam and the reaction force generated by the squeeze wheel.The results show that the machine not only improves the efficiency of mango peeling and juice extraction,but also reduces the labor intensity.
