摘要
我国冠心病的发病率仍然处于上升阶段,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗已经成为冠心病患者进行血运重建不可或缺的手段之一,但PCI围手术期心肌损伤的并发症难以避免,本文通过中医学对其病因病机、辨证分型的认识,中医药对其作用机制的阐述、治疗方面的探讨,为中医药防治PCI围手术期心肌损伤提供一定的临床参考。
The incidence of coronary heart disease in my country is still on the rise.Percutaneous coronary intervention has become one of the indispensable methods for revascularization in patients with coronary heart disease.However,the complications of PCI perioperative myocardial injury(PMI)are inevitable.This article passed TCM’s understanding of its etiology,pathogenesis,dialectical classification,its mechanism of action,and treatment of TCM provide a certain clinical reference for TCM to prevent and treat myocardial injury during PCI perioperative period.
