半连续铸造99.999%纯度铝硅1%合金棒材,通过宏观腐蚀判定柱状晶、羽毛状晶及浮游晶位置,锯切样品观察组织的微观组织形态,分析形成异常组织形成原因并提出管控及预防措施。
Casting 99.999%aluminum based AL-Si1%billet by semi-continuous.Find the position of columnar crystals,feather crystals and floating crystals by macro-corrosion and saw samples for microstructure observation.Analyze the reason for abnormal structure forming and give control methods.
