摘要
通过访谈、问卷调研发现,地方新建本科院校“95后”大学生的主要学习动力来自于外动力而非以学习兴趣为核心的内动力。其原因可归纳为教师的传授方式、学风建设的激励机制、辅导员工作三个层面的问题。对此,根据学习动力理论,提出帮助学生树立正确的学习观、营造优良学风、辅导员做好家校沟通等激发对策,以期促使学生的学习动力由外向内转化,从而提高高校的教书育人质量。
Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper finds that the main motivation of“post-1995”college students in newly-established local universities comes from external motivation rather than internal motivation centering on learning interest.The reasons can be summarized as three aspects:teachers teaching methods,incentive mechanism of learning style construction,and counselors work.In this paper,according to the theory of learning motivation,three stimulating countermeasures are put forward,which are to help students to set up the correct learning view,to build a good style of study,and to make counselors do a good job in home-school communication,so as to promote the transformation of students learning motivation from the outside to the inside,and thus to improve the quality of imparting knowledge and educating people in colleges and universities.
