稀土钇对铸造Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of rare-earth yttrium on structure and mechanical properties of as-cast Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy

摘要 通过拉伸试验、金相观察、扫描电子显微分析及透射电子显微分析等方法,研究了稀土钇对铸造Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金组织和力学性能的影响,揭示了合金微观组织和力学性能之间的联系。结果表明:添加W(Y)=0.3%的稀土钇显著改善了该合金的室温塑性,但对合金屈服强度影响不大。定量计算结果显示,在欠时效态的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金中,由析出强化引起的屈服强度增量基本保持不变,与稀土钇含量的多少无关。加入W(Y)=0.3%稀土钇后,在该合金中形成了骨架状的Al_(8)Cu_(4)Y相,改变了晶界上过剩第二相的形貌和分布,这是使该合金塑性提高的原因。 The tensile test,metallographic observation,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analysis were employed to investigate the effects of yttrium(Y)on structure and mechanical properties of the as-cast Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy.The association between microstructure and mechanical properties has been revealed.The results indicate that when w(Y)=0.3%,ductility of the studied alloy at ambient tem-perature improves significantly but the yield strength doesn't.The quantitative calculation result shows that the yield strength increments resulted from precipitation strengthening in the under-aged Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys remain relatively constant regardless of the Y contents.When w(Y)=0.3%,the formation of skeleton-shaped Al_(8)Cu_(4)Y phase changes the morphology and distribution of the residual second phase at grain boundaries,which increases the ductility of the as-cast Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys.
