摘要
从解构主义视角对美国GPO进行再审视,发现成本节约、市场竞争、效率和社会效益四个方面是百年GPO发展的驱动因素。通过对医疗保健供应链进行分析,了解到GPO在实现成本节约和效率提高的同时,提高了医疗机构的服务质量。文章批判性的借鉴美国GPO的采购模式,为完善我国药品集中采购提出落实医院采购主体地位、建立科学的药品评价体系,构建第三方交易平台和优化医疗保健供应链的相关建议。
From the perspective of deconstructionism,it re-examines the American GPO and explores that the aspects of cost saving,market competition,efficiency and social benefits are the driving factors for the development of Centennial GPO.Through the analysis of the health care supply chain,it is understood that GPO improves the service quality of medical institutions while realizing cost savings and efficiency improvement.It critically draws lessons from the procurement model of GPO in the United States,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the centralized procurement of drugs in China:implementing the dominant position of hospital procurement,establishing a scientific drug evaluation system,building a third-party trading platform and optimizing the health care supply chain.
