摘要
目的探讨分析原发性肾病综合征治疗中应用他克莫司的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的40例原发性肾病综合征患者,分为20例对照组和20例试验组,对照组采用环磷酰胺治疗,试验组采用他克莫司治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后各指标水平以及治疗水平。结果治疗前,两组患者SCr、PRO、ALB、TG以及CHO等指标水平变化无明显差异(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的SCr、PRO、ALB、TG以及CHO等指标水平均明显变化,且试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的治疗显效及有效例数共计19例,总有效率为95.00%,而对照组患者治疗显效及有效例数仅为12例,总有效率为60.00%,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司治疗原发性肾病综合征,能有效改善患者的各项指标,减缓肾小球的损伤,降低尿蛋白,有助于保护患者肾功能,缓解和改善患者的临床症状,治疗效果佳。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods Forty patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into 20 control groups and 20 experimental groups.The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide and the experimental group was treated with tacrolimus.The levels of indexes and treatment levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SCr,PRO,ALB,TG,CHO and other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of SCr,PRO,ALB,TG,CHO and other indexes of the two groups of patients were significantly changed after treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There are 19 cases in the experimental group with markedly effective cases and effectiv cases,with a total effective rate of 95.00%,while the number of patients in the control group was only 12,with a total effective rate of 60.00%.the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve various indexes of patients,slow down glomerular damage,reduce urinary protein,help protect renal function of patients,relieve and improve clinical symptoms of patients,and has good treatment effect.
