摘要
成渝城市群逐渐发展成为我国经济的第四大增长极,在全球创新中心东移、创新驱动发展成为时代要求的背景下,建设成渝全国科创中心上升为国家战略。成渝两地创新资源在西部地区优势明显,两地不要强调"补短板",要做强自己的特色和优势,差异化建设全国科创中心。基于修正的"万有引力模型",根据成渝两大城市的联系强度,成渝全国科创中心建设宜成为"工"字型核心城市区,明确"点—线—廊—带"的发展路径,同时从成渝层面、区域层面和国家层面推进一系列有针对性的政策。
Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Cluster has gradually become the fourth largest economic growth pole in China.Under the background that the global innovation center is moving eastward and innovation-driven development has become the requirement of the times,the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing National Science and Technology Innovation Center has become the national strategy.The innovation resources of Chengdu and Chongqing have obvious advantages in the western region.They should not emphasize"strengthening areas of weakness",but strengthen their own characteristics and advantages to build a national science and technology innovation center in different ways.Based on the revised"gravitation model"and according to the connection between Chengdu and Chongqing,the construction of the National Science and Technology Innovation Center in Chengdu and Chongqing should be an"industrial"type urban area,and the development path of"point-line-corridor-belt"should be defined.Meanwhile,a series of targeted policies should be promoted at the Chengdu-Chongqing level,regional level and national level.
