A case report of apatinib combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor and literature review

摘要 2002年世界卫生组织神经系统肿瘤分类将神经肉瘤、神经纤维肉瘤、恶性施旺氏细胞瘤、恶性神经鞘瘤统称为恶性外周神经鞘瘤(malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor,MPNST),是一种罕见的高度侵袭性的软组织肿瘤,约占所有软组织肿瘤的5%~10%^([1-2])。临床易误诊,治疗手段有限,预后较差,晚期患者尤甚,且缺乏大样本量随机对照研究指导临床实践^([3-4])。本研究报道采用阿帕替尼联合放疗治疗晚期恶性外周神经鞘瘤1例,并回顾相关文献,以期为该病诊疗提供一定参考。
