摘要
重庆智慧气象围绕"天枢"智能探测、"天资"智能预报、"知天"智慧服务、"御天"智慧防灾组成的"四天"系统开展建设,重点介绍了"四天"系统建设的内涵、构架、功能和成效。最后,对"四天"系统的未来发展和应用进行了展望。
Chongqing smart meteorology is built on the basis of the "Tianshu" intelligent detection,"Tianzi" intelligent forecast,"Zhitian" intelligent service and "Yutian" Intelligent Disaster Prevention——the "SiTian" system.This paper focuses on the connotation,framework,function and effect of the "SiTian" system.Finally,the outlook of the future development and application of this system is presented.
