无明火低热辐射点火筒设计与应用

Design and Application of Igniter Barrel without Open Flame and Low Heat Radiation in Drilling

摘要 冀东油田老平台或人工岛空间受限,液气分离器排气管线的点火筒位置不能有效安全设置,给钻井施工带来极大的井控风险,文章提出了能够降低安全距离要求的无明火低热辐射点火筒的设计方案。针对当前油田钻井施工中注水井导致井控风险增大、溢流排气压井频次高、点火筒的安全距离要求难以实现的现状,提出无明火低热辐射点火筒装置的应用,介绍了无明火低热辐射点火筒的结构组成、工作原理和性能测试情况,分析了其优势及特点。通过在NP1-3人工岛等钻井现场的应用表明,该装置点火时能够实现无明火、低热辐射,同时避免外界风的影响,缩小点火点与周边设施的安全距离要求,在空间受限平台能有效确保应急点火的安全性,增加空间受限平台的布井数量,提高勘探开发效率。 In view of the limited space of the old platform or artificial island in Jidong Oilfield,the position of the ignition tube of the liquid-gas separator exhaust pipeline cannot be effectively and safely set during drilling,which brings great well control risks to the drilling operation.The design scheme of the ignition cylinder without open flame and low heat radiation required by the safety distance is put forward.Aiming at the current situation that the risk of well control increased,the high frequency of overflow exhaust and kill wells,and the difficult to achieve the safety distance requirements of the ignition tube resulted from water injection wells in oilfield drilling operations,this paper proposes the application of the ignition tube device without open flame and low heat radiation,and introduces the structure,working principle and performance test.Its advantages and characteristics are discussed and analyzed.Through the application in the drilling site of Nanpu 1-3 artificial island,the device can achieve no-open flame and low heat radiation when it is ignited.At the same time,it can avoid the influence of external wind,reduce the safety distance between the ignition point and the surrounding facilities,effectively ensure the safety of emergency ignition on the space-constrained platform,increase the number of wells on the space-constrained platform,and improve the efficiency of exploration and development.
