摘要
以多自由度多关节凿岩台车钻臂为研究对象,基于凿岩台车液压三角支撑以及万向回转结构,对组成钻臂的主要构件进行参数化三维建模,并利用UG软件自带的间隙检查功能检查模型的干涉情况,确保模型不会发生干涉。根据凿岩台车钻臂实际作业条件,分别对钻臂底座和推进梁托架尺寸进行优化以及拓扑优化,使其在满足强度的要求下减轻钻臂重量,并在减少功耗的同时保持更好的稳定性。
Regarding the hydraulic triangle support and universal rotation structure of the drilling jumbo, the parametric 3 D modeling of the main components of the drill arm is carried out.The clearance inspection function of UG is used to check the interference of the model to ensure that the model will not interfere.According to the actual working conditions of the drill arm of the rock drilling jumbo, the size optimization and topology optimization of the drill arm base and the propulsion beam bracket are carried out, so that the weight of the drill arm can be reduced under the requirements of the strength.At the same time, the power consumption is reduced and the stability becomes better.
