摘要
大规模兼具波动性与间歇性的新能源接入电力系统使储能系统的重要性愈发凸显,为充分挖掘储能系统的灵活调节潜力,提出了一种适应多功能需求的储能系统优化运行方法。首先,建立以最小化煤耗成本、线损、系统弃风为目标,以保证电网安全运行为约束的多目标优化模型;其次,为保证模型求解的准确高效性,应用半定规划将初始问题转化为等效凸问题进行求解;最后,将提出模型置于修正IEEE-14节点测试系统中进行仿真求解,分析储能系统参与调节对电力系统运行的提升情况,并对系统各节点边际成本进行分析求算。计算分析得出,储能系统能够有效减少系统煤耗成本、减少线路有功损耗、减少系统弃风,同时,储能系统参与调节能够有效平抑系统各时段节点边际效应。
As the penetration of renewable energy with the properties of fluctuation and intermittent,the Energy Storage System(ESS)is getting more crucial in power system.This paper exploits the flexibility of ESS to support operation of power system by providing peak shaving,minimize line loss,minimize power system operation cost under various scenarios.In order to ensure the solving efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed model,the semi-definite programming method is applied to convert the problem into a convex programming problem.Lastly,the model was applied to a modified IEEE-14 node test case for the improvement of ESS operation,to solve the changement in locational marginal cost.The result shows that the operation cost,real power losses as well as wind curtailment can be minimized,the locational marginal cost fluctuation can also be smoothed.
