粤港澳大湾区水文地质条件对地下水环境影响及其污染防治对策综述 被引量:4

Review on the influence of hydrogeological conditions on groundwaterenvironment and its pollution prevention countermeasures in theGuangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要 随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,粤港澳大湾区地下水环境问题日益突出,加之地下水污染具有隐蔽性强、机理复杂等特点,一旦污染很难治理,即使花费很大的代价,耗时较长,也难奏效,因而需要加强重视。地下水污染的复杂性主要受水文地质条件的复杂性控制,大湾区位于珠江流域下游河口三角洲区,水文地质复杂,具有典型的区域性。通过总结大湾区地下水环境状况和水文地质特征,分析水文地质条件对地下水环境的控制作用,从建立管理和技术标准体系、建设监测网络、加强协同防治、探索修复治理技术等方面提出大湾区地下水污染防治措施建议。 With the rapid industrialization and urbanization processes,the groundwater environmental problems in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have become increasingly severe.In addition,groundwater pollution is characterized by high concealment and complex mechanism involved.Once groundwater is polluted,it is difficult to restore even with lots of cost and time,and therefore more attention is needed.The complexity of groundwater pollution is mainly controlled by the complexity of hydrogeological conditions.The Greater Bay Area is located in the estuary delta of the lower reaches of the Pearl River Basin,where complex hydrogeology is featured with typical regional characteristics.Here the groundwater environment and hydrogeological characteristics of the Greater Bay Area are reviewed,in attempt to reveal how regional hydrogeological conditions control groundwater environment.Prevention and control measures for groundwater pollution in the Greater Bay Area are proposed which involve establishing standard management and technical systems,building a monitoring network,strengthening coordinated prevention and control,and exploring restoration and treatment technologies.
