摘要
目的:通过观察旋覆半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流性哮喘的临床疗效及安全性,为其临床应用提供证据支持。方法:将60例胃食管反流性哮喘的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予基础治疗加兰索拉唑肠溶胶囊及盐酸伊托必利片,治疗组在基础治疗上合用旋覆半夏泻心汤,以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后中医证候疗效比较与积分变化、肺功能、哮喘控制测试(Asthma Control Test,ACT)评分和不良反应情况。结果:两组中医证候疗效比较:治疗组总有效率96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率80.00%(24/30),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分比较,治疗组经两个疗程后患者的中医证候积分明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组之间肺功能、哮喘控制测试评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗疗程期间无明显不良反应。结论:旋覆半夏泻心汤能显著改善胃食管反流性哮喘患者的胃食管反流症状,并能减少反流物对气道的刺激,从而达到加快哮喘控制、减少哮喘发作次数及提高生活质量的目的。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Xuanfu Banxia Xiexin decoction(旋覆半夏泻心汤)in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux-related asthma,and to provide clinical evidence for its application.Methods:60 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux-related asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group(Xuanfu Banxia Xiexin decoction combine lansoparazole and ltoprid therapy)and the control group(lansoparazole combine ltoprid),4 weeks were a course,and patients were treated for 2 courses.The Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores,lung function,asthma control test(ACT)scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed for evaluating the clinical efficacy.Results:After two courses of treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly better than that of the control group,(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine scores,lung function and ACT score of the treatment group were significantly decreased after 2 courses of treatment,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfu Banxia Xiexin decoction can not only relieve the symptoms of the patients with gastroesophageal reflux-related asthma,but also reduce the stimulation of reflux contents to asthma,improve patients'lung function,accelerate asthma control and enhance the quality of life.
