热连轧粗轧立辊磨损模型的研究与应用 被引量:2

Research and application of vertical roll wear model of roughing rolling for hot strip rolling

摘要 在热轧带钢生产过程中,粗轧立辊会不可避免地出现磨损现象。立辊磨损沿辊面非常不均匀,下线轧辊辊面呈梯形,最大磨损处磨损量可达5 mm。这严重影响了粗轧模型的设定精度,从而使带钢宽度控制精度降低。为了提高模型对立辊的设定精度,对辊面磨损范围各个位置的磨损量进行了分区计算,建立了新的粗轧立辊磨损计算模型。该模型在某1 500 mm热连轧生产线的应用表明,粗轧立辊磨损量计算值与实测值吻合较好,粗轧模型宽度预报稳定、准确。 In hot strip rolling, the vertical roll of roughing mill will be worn inevitably.The wear of the vertical roll is very uneven along the roll face.When the vertical roll goes offline, the roll is trapezoidal, and the maximum wear amount can reach 5 mm.This seriously affects the setting accuracy of roughing rolling model, which reduces the strip width control accuracy.In order to improve the setting accuracy of the model, the wear amount of each position in the wear range of the roll face was calculated in different areas, and a new wear calculation model of vertical roll of roughing rolling was established.The wear model application in a 1 500 mm hot strip mill shows that the calculated value of vertical roll wear amount of roughing mill is in good agreement with the measured value, and the width prediction of roughing model is stable and accurate.
