摘要
面向新时代创新人才培养的“四个能力”建设,南京大学提出地理学科三阶段四层次的“GEO-S”培养体系,构建并实施了螺旋式上升的“学、思、践、悟”地理学拔尖创新人才培养方案。通过深化协同育人体系、虚拟仿真与野外实践结合、科研反哺教学促进科教融合、贯通专业教育和课程思政等方法和措施,学生自主创新能力显著增强、实践创业能力不断提升、扶贫扶智立德树人成效显著,教育教学理念取得广泛影响。相关培养方案在学术育人模式、实践育人方法和协同育人体系等方面具有重要创新。
Facing the achieving of"Four Capabilities"for the training of innovative talents in the new era,Nanjing University has put forward the"GEO-S"training system of geography in three stages and four levels,and the spiraling training program of"learning,thinking,practicing and understanding"for top・notch innovative talents in geography has been constructed and implemented.Through deepening the collaborative education system,combining virtual simulation with field practice,feeding teaching by scientific research and promoting the integration of science and education,and integrating professional education and course ideology,students'independent innovation ability has been significantly enhanced,and the ability to practice entrepreneurship has been continuously improved.Moreover,poverty alleviation,intellectual support and moral education have achieved remarkable results,and the education and teaching philosophy has gained extensive influence.Generally,relevant training programs have important innovations in academic education mode,practical education method and collaborative education system.
