摘要
目的:研究优质护理对老年脑中风风痰阻络证患者功能恢复的影响。方法:选取脑病科在2019年11月至2020年11月收治的90名老年脑中风风痰阻络证患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组仅进行临床常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上进行优质护理。结果:两组患者干预后HAMA14项、HAMD24项评分均较干预前降低,ADL评分均较干预前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组患者的HAMA14项、HAMD24项评分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为91.1%(41/45),对照组总有效率为75.6%(34/45),实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度为95.6%(43/45),高于对照组的68.9%(32/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者未发生任何不良反应,对照组有1例在干预过程中有轻微的肺部炎症。结论:优质护理能帮助老年脑中风风痰阻络证患者愈后康复,提高其生活满意度,适于临床应用。
Objective: To study the effect of high quality nursing on functional recovery of elderly cerebral apoplexy patients with wind-phlegm-obstructing collateral syndrome. Methods: A total of 90 elderly patients with wind-phlegm-obstructing collateral syndrome of cerebral apoplexy admitted in the department of encephalopathy of our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study, and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received high quality nursing and the control group only received routine clinical nursing. Results: The HAMA14 scores and HAMD24 scores were reduced, while ADL scores were increased in the two groups after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The experimental group showed lower HAMA14 scores and HAMD24 scores, while higher ADL scores than control group after treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 91.1%(41/45) in experimental group and 75.6%(34/45) in control group. The experimental group showed higher total effective rate than control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 95.6%(43/45) in experimental group and 68.9%(32/45) in control group. The experimental group showed higher nursing satisfaction than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing can help elderly cerebral apoplexy patients with wind-phlegm-obstructing collateral syndrome recover and improve their life satisfaction, which is suitable for clinical application.
