摘要
运用上海大学先进凝固技术中心研发的结晶器脉冲磁致振荡(简称M-PMO)凝固均质化技术,对HRB400EG螺纹钢铸坯进行均质化处理。结果表明:经M-PMO处理的HRB400EG螺纹钢铸坯内部质量明显改善。铸坯平均中心等轴晶比例从8.5%提高至14%,平均中心碳偏析指数下降了0.07。当M-PMO处理的峰值电流为350 K_(I)A、处理频率为40 KfHz时,HRB400EG铸坯内部质量最佳。
Mould pulsed magneto-oscillation(M-PMO)solidification homogenization technology developed by Center for Advanced Solidification Technology at Shanghai University was used to homogenize HRB400EG thread steel billet.The results showed that the internal quality of HRB400EG thread steel billet treated by M-PMO was improved obviously;that the average proportion of central equiaxed grain in billet increased from 8.5%to 14%,and the average center carbon segregation index decreased by 0.07.When the peak current of M-PMO was 350 K_(I)A and the processing frequency was 40 Kf Hz,the internal quality of HRB400EG billet was the best.
