鄱阳湖南矶山湿地沉积物-植物体系中汞分布特征解析 被引量:2

Analysis on the distribution characteristics of mercury in the sediment-plant system of Nanjishan Wetland in Poyang Lake

摘要 为探究鄱阳湖湿地沉积物-植物体系中汞含量变化特征以及影响因素,对南矶山湿地多个沉积物与植物样本进行分析。结果表明:沉积物中汞为0.075~0.637 mg/kg;运用单因子指数法、地累积指数法对所有沉积物中汞含量进行分析,发现大部分沉积物剖面中汞含量超过江西省土壤环境背景值,说明沉积物存在一定程度的汞污染与累积;由相关性分析可知,剖面中汞含量与pH、氧化还原电位(Eh)、有机质(SOM)均存在显著相关性(p<0.01),表明其受到了理化因素的影响;利用吸附累积指数法分析植物样品中不同部位灰分基汞含量,发现芦苇(Phragmites australis)和山类芦(Neyraudia montana)的灰分基汞均表现为根部>叶片>茎部,两种植物均存在汞的吸附累积。 In order to explore the variation characteristics of mercury content in sediment-plant system of Poyang Lake wetland and their influencing factors,several sediment and plant samples of Nanjishan Wetland were analyzed.Results showed that mercury content of sediment profiles was in the range of 0.075-0.637 mg/kg.The single factor index method and the geoaccumulation index method were used to analyze the mercury characteristics of all sediment samples.The mercury content was roughly higher than soil environmental background values of Jiangxi Province.This indicated that sediments had mercury pollution and accumulation to a certain extent in different profiles.According to the correlation analysis,the mercury content in the profile was significantly correlated with pH,oxidation-reduction potential(Eh)and organic matter(SOM)(p<0.01),indicating that the mercury content change in the profile was affected by physical and chemical factors.Ash base mercury content in different parts of Phragmites australis and Neyraudia montana samples was analyzed by adsorption and accumulation index method,indicating that mercury content in the two plants both showed roots>leaves>stems and they both had mercury adsorption and accumulation.
