摘要
目的:研究双黄连、痰必清、丹参川穹嗪等中药制剂对生化检验结果的影响。方法:收集2018年5月在瑞安市人民医院30例健康体检者的血清,与稀释后的中药制剂做成混合血清作为研究样本。分别测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、密度脂蛋白(LDL)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血清肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)生化指标。判断这几种药物是否对生化结果具有干扰作用。结果:双黄连注射液对生化项目Ast,Urea,Crea,UA,TCHO,LDL-C,CK,CK-MB存在分析干扰可能。痰必清注射液对生化项目Alt,Ast,Urea,Crea,UA,LDH,CK,CK-MB存在干扰可能。丹参川穹嗪对生化项目Crea,UA,LDH,CK存在干扰可能。结论:双黄连、痰必清、丹参川穹嗪这三种中药制剂对部分生化指标存在干扰可能。
Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine preparations such as Shuanghuanglian,Tanbiqing and Danshen Ligustrazine on biochemical test results.Methods:The sera of 30 healthy subjects in the hospital were collected and mixed with the corresponding Chinese medicine preparations as the research samples.Biochemical indicators of ALT,AST,LDH,UREA,CREA,UA,TG,TCHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,a-HBDH,CK and CK-MB were measured.Whether these drugs interfere with biochemical results was determined.Results:Shuanghuanglian injection could interfere with the biochemical projects Ast,Urea,Crea,UA,TCHO,LDL-C,CK and CK-MB.Tanbiqing injection might interfere with the biochemical projects Alt,Ast,Urea,Crea,UA,LDH,CK,CK-MB.Danshen ligustrazine might interfere with the biochemical projects Crea,UA,LDH,and CK.Conclusion:The three traditional Chinese medicine preparations of Shuanghuanglian,Tanbiqing and Danshen Ligustrazine may interfere with some biochemical indicators.
