全密闭加固服务器可靠性与散热性的设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对航天、航空、航海、野战等领域服务器应用需求,通过对服务器抗振动冲击设计、电磁屏蔽设计和散热设计的优化,研发出一种全密闭无风扇加固服务器。重点介绍了其可靠性与散热性的设计思路和方法,并对振动冲击、电磁兼容、高低温等性能进行了测试验证。结果表明,所设计的全密闭无风扇加固服务器可靠性高,散热性能良好,满足预期要求,可在恶劣、复杂的机械干扰和电磁干扰环境下正常工作。该加固服务器不仅填补了市场上的空白,并且能为相关工程设计提供技术参考。 In this paper,for the application requirements of servers in aerospace,aviation,navigation and field operations,developing a fully enclosed fan-less reinforced server by optimizing the anti vibration design,electromagnetic shielding design and heat dissipation design of the server.This paper mainly introduces the design idea of reliability and heat dissipation,and tests the vibration impact,electromagnetic compatibility,high and low temperature performance.The results show that the fully enclosed fanless reinforced server designed in this paper has high reliability,good heat dissipation performance which meets the expected requirements,and can work normally in harsh and complex mechanical interference and electromagnetic interference environment.The reinforced server not only fills the blank in the market,but also provides technical reference for related engineering design.
