摘要
低温省煤器与低低温电除尘器组合技术凭借其优良的节能减排效果,已成为燃煤电厂尾部烟气处理的重要技术之一。随着低温省煤器的广泛应用,其泄漏威胁机组的安全运行问题也开始暴露。本文针对低温省煤器的泄漏现象,分析磨损、腐蚀等造成泄漏的原因,并针对性提出泄漏在线检测和预防泄漏的方法,为低温省煤器的安全稳定运行提供参考。
For the excellent energy saving and emission reduction effect,the combination of low temperature economizer and low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator has become one of the important technology for flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plant.With the wide application of low temperature economizer,the tubes leakage has become a common problem which affects the safe operation of the power unit.In this paper,the causes of leakage of low temperature economizer such as wear and corrosion are analyzed.The methods of on-line leakage detection and leakage prevention approaches are put forward to provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of low temperature economizer.
