摘要
带状疱疹后神经痛是典型的神经病理性疼痛,也是公认的难治性疼痛之一。在没有更好的治疗办法之前,对责任神经根进行选择性射频热凝毁损仍是较为有效的方法,但应避免毁损支配四肢的有显性运动功能的脊神经。
Postherpetic neuralgia is a typical neuropathic pain,and it is also recognized as one of the intractable pain.Until now,selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation of responsible nerve roots is still the most effective method,but it should be avoided to damage the spinal nerves with dominant motor functions that innervate the limbs.
