摘要
交错并联技术是提高电源模块输出能力的有效手段,谐振腔参数的微小差异会导致交错并联LLC谐振变换器严重的不均流问题。该文通过在LLC谐振变换器的高频整流电路中引入有源开关、构建混合型整流器,利用整流侧的辅助控制,主动对输出电流较小模块的电压增益进行补偿,从而实现了相同开关频率交错并联运行的LLC谐振变换器的均流调节。文中详细分析混合整流LLC谐振变换器的工作原理和特性,并根据具体应用场景给出均流电路的不同实现方式。最后,通过实验结果证明了所提出的均流控制方法的可行性和有效性。
The interleaving technique is an effective method to improve the output capability of the power module.Small differences in parameters of the resonant cavity can cause serious uneven current in the interleaved LLC resonant converter.In this paper,by introducing an active switch in the rectifier of LLC resonant converters,a hybrid rectifier was built,and the auxiliary control on the rectifier was used to actively compensate the voltage gain of the module with smaller output current,thereby achieving the current sharing control of the interleaved LLC resonant converter.The working principle and characteristics of the LLC resonant converter with hybrid rectifier were analyzed in detail,and different implementations of the current sharing circuit were given according to specific applications.Finally,the experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed current sharing control method.
