摘要
7LS06采煤机是国能神东煤炭集团引进的美国JOY公司的采煤设备,其破碎机电动机常常因机械与电气故障造成绕组损坏。为提升电机绕组修复能力,在分析电机参数和故障原因的基础上,结合电机运行环境,从电磁线圈的选用、线圈涨型、匝间试验等方面出发,设计了电机绕组大修方案。在对各维修环节进行严格质量管控的基础上,该维修方案及思路可以为大批量电机绕组维修提供理论指导,进而保障检修的破碎机电动机达到原厂性能。
The 7LS06 shearer is the coal mining equipment imported from JOY Company of USA by Shendong Coal Group,and its crusher motor winding is often damaged by mechanical and electrical faults.In order to improve the repair ability of motor winding,based on the analysis of motor parameters and fault causes,combined with the motor operation environment,the overhaul scheme of motor winding is designed from the selection of electromagnetic coil,the coil expansion,the turn to turn test and other aspects.On the basis of strict quality control of each maintenance link,the maintenance scheme and idea can provide theoretical guidance for large-scale motor winding maintenance,so as to ensure the crusher motor to achieve the original performance.
