摘要
肠道菌群与人类健康和疾病密切相关。粪菌移植通过恢复肠道菌群稳态、调控肠道免疫应答等,可用于治疗多种疾病。近年来,随着相关基础和临床研究的开展,粪菌移植在血液系统疾病中的应用也有了很多的探索和突破。文章从粪菌移植在造血干细胞移植、免疫性血小板减少性紫癜、血液肿瘤免疫治疗、未来前景等方面,结合国内外最新研究进展进行阐述,为继续开展相关临床研究提供借鉴。
Intestinal microbiome plays a critical role in human health and many diseases. Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has been proven to be a highly effective modality for many diseases,by restoring intestinal microflora homeostasis and regulating immune response. Recently,FMT in treating hematologic diseases has made great progress. This article reviews the application of FMT in immune thrombocytopenia,hematiopoietic cell transplantation,immunotherapy and its prospect,as well as the latest advances in this field,providing a reference for the further clinical study.
