摘要
针对某350 MW超临界锅炉掺烧高钠煤时锅炉尾部受热面严重沾污的问题,结合煤灰的沾污特性分析,通过掺烧试验,分析总结不同负荷下高钠煤的掺烧经验。结果表明:高钠煤沾污不但与煤灰中钠和钾的含量有关,还与机组负荷、掺烧比例、SiO_(2)含量密切相关,可为同类型机组掺烧高钠煤提供参考。
To solve the problem of the serious contamination occurring in the rear heating surface of a 350 MW super critical boiler co-firing with high sodium coal,combined with analyses on the contamination characteristic of coal ash,the experience for co-firing at different unit loads was analyzed and summarized through co-firing experiments.Results show that the contamination of the high sodium coal is not only related to the content of sodium and potassium,but also closely related to the unit load,the co-firing ratio and the silica content.This may serve as a reference for the co-firing with the high sodium coal in similar units.
