摘要
目的:研究单纯性肥胖患者接受个体化营养指导的临床效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年1月收治单纯性肥胖患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规指导;观察组在常规指导基础上进行个体化营养指导。比较两组患者干预效果。结果:观察组干预后体重及体质指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后腰围、臀围、腰围/臀围均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后健康饮食依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对单纯性肥胖患者实施个体化营养指导,更有利于控制患者的体重,降低体质指数,同时还可提高患者的健康饮食依从性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of individualized nutrition guidance in patients with simple obesity.Methods:From April 2019 to January 2020,78 patients with simple obesity were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine guidance.The observation group was given individualized nutrition guidance on the basis of routine guidance.We compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after the intervention,the body weight and body mass index were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist circumference/hip circumference were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,the compliance score of healthy diet was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized nutrition guidance for simple obesity patients is more conducive to control the weight of patients,reduce body mass index,and improve the healthy diet compliance of patients.
