摘要
分析表明,由电气短路引起的火灾事故占电气火灾总数的40%,部分原因在于不合理系统工作接地设计,包括工作接地、保护接地、防雷接地和防静电接地,每种接地方式在每个行业发挥的作用都有其异同之处。从各种电气系统接地方式的原理出发,以化工、钢铁和汽车行业的电气接地系统为例,阐述电气接地系统设计的不同之处,论证电气接地系统设计在不同行业生产中的重要特性。
The analysis shows that the fire accidents caused by electrical short circuit account for 40% of the total number of electrical fires. Part of the reason lies in the unreasonable system working grounding design, including working grounding, protective grounding, lightning protection grounding and anti-static grounding. Each grounding method has its own similarities and differences in each industry. Starting from the principle of various electrical system grounding methods, taking the electrical grounding system of chemical industry, steel industry and automobile industry as an example, this paper expounds the differences of electrical grounding system design, and demonstrates the important characteristics of electrical grounding system design in different industries.
