某油田CO_(2)驱伴生气杂质对回注条件的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为保证循环回注CO_(2)驱油田伴生气的注入效果,将某油田先导试验区见气井气质组分按比例做离散处理形成初始数据并建立了仿真模型。利用所建模型分别对含氮气、硫化氢和轻烃三种杂质的伴生气物性进行了计算,分析了各杂质含量对临界压力、临界温度、相平衡以及密度的影响。结果发现,氮气含量的变化对相平衡影响最大,硫化氢和乙烷的影响较小。含杂质的伴生气其临界压力均高于纯CO_(2),临界温度的升高或降低则取决于杂质的种类。在实际工程中,为了减少伴生气在回注过程中的密度波动,注入压力应高于伴生气的临界压力;当伴生气氮气含量高达20%时,回注压力需在12.56 MPa以上;当伴生气轻烃含量在80%以内,回注压力保持10.31 MPa以上即可保证回注效果。 In order to ensure the injection effect of associated gas in oilfield by cyclic reinjection of CO_(2),the gas well components in pilot test area of an oilfield were discretized in proportion to form initial data and a simulation model was established.By using the model,the physical properties of the associated gases containing nitrogen,hydrogen sulfide and light hydrocarbons were calculated,and the effects of impurities contents on critical pressure,critical temperature,phase equilibrium and density were analyzed.The results show thatthe change of nitrogen content has the greatest impact on the phase equilibrium,and the changes of hydrogen sulfide and ethane content have little effect on the phase equilibrium.The critical pressure of the associated gas containing impurities is higher than that of pure CO_(2),while the increase or decrease of critical temperature depends on the type of impurities.In practical engineering,in order to reduce the density fluctuation of the associated gas during reinjection,the injection pressure should be higher than the associated gas critical pressure.When the associated gas nitrogen reaches 20%,the injection pressure needs to be above 12.56 MPa.When the light hydrocarbon content of associated gas is less than 80%,the injection pressure should be above 10.31 MPa to ensure the reinjection effect.
